“Happy Offices” will be chosen in Moscow

GC «Gals-Development» in collaboration with the organizing committee of the «Crystal Pyramid-2024» award has established the «Happy Office» nomination to identify employer companies whose office space helps to effectively solve HR problems and improves work team performance, creates a healthy microclimate in the team. The laureates will be announced on October 16, 2024 at the XXV HR Directors Summit in Moscow at the Lotte Hotel.

According to research, 90% of qualified employees consider comfortable office conditions to be an important competitive advantage for an employer. Office spaces that meet high corporate standards directly affect the success rates of the company as a whole. According to the organizers of the award, the “Happy Office” nomination will become an important tool for increasing the attractiveness of an employer and strengthening its HR brand.

“It all starts with people. Happy employees mean a successful company. And the company's office is its home. Workhouse for employees. When a house is functional and beautiful, you want to be here and work effectively, completely and happily immersing yourself in tasks, and you are simply proud of it. Our “Happy Office” nomination is about just such a home for employees. After all, in order for a company to fulfill its goals and show record results, it needs appropriate conditions for the team. The winner of the Grand Prix and the winners of the nomination will be able to clearly declare to the market and applicants that their offices are ideal places to work,” noted Andrey Chernukha, Deputy General Director — Head of the functional direction “Personnel and Organizational Development” of the Hals-Development Group.

The main criterion for evaluating nominees will be the results achieved. Participants will have to show how the implementation of the project affected the involvement and loyalty of employees, as well as what economic effect was achieved. Technological solutions, infrastructure development, eco-initiatives, and design solutions of the company will be considered. The expert jury will take into account the non-standard nature of the selected instruments. Applications for participation in the “Happy Office” nomination are accepted by the organizing committee of the “Crystal Pyramid — 2024” award until July 30, 2024.
