Brusnika announces the start of sales of the second phase of the Metronom quarter, which is located in Metrogorodok, one of the greenest areas of Moscow.
Metronome is a block development with variable heights and developed infrastructure. The project involves the construction of two different-story sections united by a stylobate. The architecture of the facade and the texture of natural stone refer back to the 18th–19th centuries.
The block has public living rooms with upholstered furniture for comfortable waiting for the courier or meeting with neighbors. Lingonberry actively develops the idea of good neighborliness and provides special spaces for this. Here residents of the block can gather to make important decisions about the house, work, study, organize children's parties, organize lectures, seminars and master classes.
The layouts of apartments in Metronome are designed so that different life scenarios can be realized. Brusnika offers options from studios to four-room apartments, many of which have terraces and summer rooms. All apartments are rented fully furnished, which greatly simplifies the process of moving and arranging a new home. Summer premises are provided in 90% of apartments. On the roofs of sections below 50 meters, Brusnika architects placed open terraces.
Metronome's courtyards are closed to cars and are divided into functional areas — for quiet relaxation, picnics, games, and sports. 70% of the courtyard area will be covered with greenery — this is the green standard of Lingonberry. In addition, the developer included in his project a kindergarten with 175 places.
You can buy an apartment in Metronome from RUB 9,580,000.
