The French Foreign Ministry called on its citizens to urgently leave Lebanon
Paris recommends that French citizens leave Lebanon as quickly as possible. The French Foreign Ministry's recommendation comes after Hezbollah fired dozens of rockets at Israel last night.
A document published on Sunday strongly advises French citizens not to visit Lebanon due to the risk of military escalation in the Middle East.
The Foreign Ministry called on fellow citizens who are now there to “be extremely vigilant.”
The situation in the Middle East sharply worsened after the assassination of the head of the Hamas Politburo Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran.
Previously, it was recommended in Washington to leave Lebanon on the next flight.
