Cupra separated from the parent company Seat at the beginning of 2018, before that, the “charged” versions of the Seats received a corresponding increase in the name. The company unveiled the name of the future serial SUV — Cupra Raval. It is associated with the name of one of the quarters of Barcelona. Recall that the crossover will be created based on the sports show car called UrbanRebel, which was presented at the Munich Motor Show in the fall of 2021. A close-to-production prototype with the same name appeared in the summer of 2022.
Cupra Raval will take the place of an entry-level electric car in the brand hierarchy.
