Sam Allardyce will face Leeds United on Thursday and is not expected to continue as head coach after being relegated to the Championship.
68-year-old and his coaching team assistant Carl Robinson and Robbie Keane made a huge impression on the Leeds staff and players in their four games at the club despite failing to save them from a fall.
Final decision on whether Whether Allardyce will continue has not yet been decided. or there may indeed be another role for him at the club, but there are indications that he will retire.
He is due to meet with Angus Kinnear, Leeds chief executive, to discuss his plans and give his thoughts on how the club should move forward and what structures should be put in place.
