Right hand of Chechen field commander Ramzan Kadyrov, who was known for leading a strike force attacking gays, was wounded in a missile attack just south of Ukraine's main counter-offensive.
Adam Delimkhanov, a notorious member of the Russian parliament from Chechnya, was reportedly wounded in shelling of the city of Primorsk on the southern coast of Ukraine.

Mr. Delimkhanov, who previously posed among the war-torn remains of Mariupol at the end of a two-month siege to take it, has long been considered one of the most dangerous men in Chechnya.

In an unusual Telegram message on Wednesday, Kadyrov urged the Ukrainian government to share information about his missing ally, saying he has he “did not have the opportunity to directly contact Delimkhanov.”
