    The right hand of the Chechen field commander “disappeared” after a missile attack

    In an unusual Telegram message on Wednesday, Kadyrov urged the Ukrainian government to share information about his missing ally, saying he has he “did not have the opportunity to directly contact Delimkhanov.”
