A woman publicly accused the Conservative candidate for Mayor of London of groping her breasts at a Downing Street rally 10 years ago.
Daisy Goodwin, a television producer, stated that Daniel Korsky acted «uncomfortably flirtatious» by leaning back in his chair so she could «clearly see his crotch» before he approached and touched her. /p>
She said that the alleged action could be legally described as sexual harassment, but emphasized that she was not afraid because she «knows how to deal with slickers.»
A spokesman for Mr. Korsky, who was a special adviser to David Cameron at the time of the alleged incident, said: «In the strongest terms, Dan vehemently denies any allegations of inappropriate conduct.»
The allegations first surfaced six years ago, although Ms. Goodwin did not name Mr. Korsky a perpetrator. Writing for Radio Times in 2017, she claimed that an official «put his hand on my chest» at a meeting at number 10.
Mr Korski denied «any allegations of inappropriate behavior» when his name was associated with the case at the time in the media.
On Monday, Ms Goodwin wrote in The Times that the couple had met in Downing Street to discuss an idea for a show about running a sales department.

According to Ms. Goodwin, Mr. Korsky said the sunglasses made her look like Monica Belucci, an Italian actress who struck her as «uncomfortably flirty.»
She wrote: «I'm not entirely offended, but it was weird. Even weirder was that as we both sat down at the round table, Spud [special adviser] put his feet on the edge of my chair, leaning back so I could get a good view of his crotch.
“It seemed to me again strange, but I opened my notepad and tried to engage the recession in a meaningful discussion about the problems of exporting whiskey to Argentina. It was not a particularly fruitful discussion.”
She added: “When we both got up at the end of the meeting and walked to the door, Spud stepped towards me and suddenly put his hand on my chest. . Surprised, I loudly said, «Are you really touching my breasts?» The shoulder blade bounced off me and I left.
“Although I believe that from a legal point of view, his actions can be called rape, I must say that I was not afraid. I was older, taller and perhaps wiser than a pickup truck, and working for the BBC in the eighties, I knew how to deal with tentacles. What I felt was surprise and some humiliation.»
«Londoners deserve to know»
Mrs Goodwin said she «thought a lot» about whether she might have misinterpreted the intended action, but always came to concluded that she did not, accusing Mr. Korsky of being “the kind of man who likes to surprise women in this way.”
She said it had never occurred to her to file a formal complaint , believing that «dignified silence would be the best way out.»
She added that she refrained from mentioning Mr. Korsky in her 2017 article because she had a “general point” and “didn’t feel like a victim.”
Ms. Goodwin, however, said she now believes important to identify him, because «if this is a pattern, the people of London deserve to know.»
«I'm not writing out of revenge, but to send a message to him and all men who mistreat women,» she wrote.
“Don't think you can get away with it. Women like me, women who closed their eyes out of a false sense of pride, are fed up, and we are not going to take it anymore.
Mr. Korski, a technology entrepreneur, is one of three applicants included to the final shortlist for the Conservative candidate for Mayor of London, along with Susan Hall, Member of the London Assembly, and Mozammel Hossain KC, Criminal Lawyer.
He has said he will channel «Cameronian optimism and civil service» when fighting for the nomination.
