LUKOIL has begun developing training programs and educational materials for the training and advanced training of personnel in the field of professional maintenance and repair of motor vehicles funds. The project is being implemented jointly with one of the largest independent educational and practical centers in the field of automotive technology in Russia — the SMART Engineering Center.
The project is aimed at professional training service station (SRT) personnel at all levels: from future and current specialists to managers and business owners. 7 specializations were chosen as the main areas of study for mechanics, electricians for the maintenance of cars and commercial vehicles, as well as for the administrative staff of service stations.
The programs include seminars and practical classes from experts from LUKOIL and the engineering center, as well as holding specialized round tables. In addition, it is planned to integrate the Company's own online learning platform, LUKOIL Academy, into the learning process. It includes a constantly updated set of courses aimed at obtaining in-depth knowledge and skills in the use of oils and technical fluids.
Up to 10,000 service station employees will be able to attend LUKOIL training programs a year. The implementation of the project contributes to improving the level and quality of services provided in car service centers.
