Nissan, at the end of its career with the V37 generation Skyline sedan, introduced its most sporty version from the Nismo division — only 1000 copies will be produced and only for the Japanese market.
The current Nissan Skyline outside of Japan is known as the Infiniti Q50, this year the model turned 10 years from the start of production, but there is no successor yet, and therefore Nissan is forced to maintain interest in Skyline V37 with various special versions, the coolest of which, of course, was Nismo.

The Skyline Nismo has the same engine as the Nissan Z Nismo coupe unveiled last week, a 3.0-liter V6 VR30DDTT series with two turbochargers, but the sedan is tuned slightly differently than the coupe, with a maximum output of 420 hp . at 6400 rpm and 550 Nm at 2800-4400 rpm. Paired with this motor is a 7-speed automatic with retuned by Nismo specialists Sport and Sport + shift modes, rear-wheel drive only.
The chassis has been completely reconfigured, stiffer anti-roll bars are installed, the width of the rear tires has been increased by 20 mm. Tires Dunlop SP Sport Maxx GT 600 are optimized specifically for this model and are installed on openwork, lightweight and at the same time very strong Enkei wheels, front tires — 245/40 R 19, rear — 265/35 R 19. The brakes received more wear-resistant pads, reconfigured ABS. For gluing the windshield and rear glass of the body, an especially strong adhesive is used, like the Nissan GT-R Nismo, which slightly increases the rigidity of the body.

100 of the 1,000 Skyline Nismos will be built with the Nismo Limited 60th Anniversary Prince Skyline GT Racing Sedan (factory designation S54A-1), featuring a hand-built engine with the name of the master assembler on a plaque, brushed bronze wheels, decorative stripes on the body and exclusive nameplates.
The minimum price of the Nissan Skyline Nismo is 7,880,400 yen 800 yen (6.47 million rubles), and the right to buy the Skyline Nismo Limited still needs to be won in the lottery by leaving an application on the Japanese consumer site Nissan.
