An armored car based on the UAZ Patriot was presented at the Army-2023 forum

As SPEEDME.RU journalists write, this car will be produced in two versions — for military purposes and for civilian use.

In the military version of «Cadet» will be equipped with BR-4 level armor capable of withstanding hits from AK-74, AKM and SVD weapons from a distance of up to 10 meters. Individuals will also be given the opportunity to order a car reservation at their own request.

The car is based on the domestic UAZ «Patriot», and its power plant is represented by a four-cylinder engine with a volume of 2.7 liters. The power of this engine has been increased to 220 hp, and the transmission is provided by a 5-speed manual gearbox.

Most of the interior of the «Cadet» inherited from the  Patriot model, and the car can accommodate up to five passengers.

It is planned to begin serial production of the Cadet in 2024  According to  preliminary information, the price of the model will be approximately 12 million rubles.
