The entire Lada Vesta family underwent restyling back in February 2022, at the same time the plant in Izhevsk managed to produce a small batch of refreshed sedans and station wagons. Production was stopped in early March due to a shortage of components. Later, it was decided to change Vesta’s registration: now the model is rolling off the assembly line of a plant located in Tolyatti. The current Lada Vesta engine line includes a basic 1.6-liter eight-valve four-cylinder gasoline engine with an output of 90 hp. With. – this applies only to the starting versions of Comfort. Also, this version and richer versions are offered with a 16-valve four-cylinder engine of the same volume, its power is 106 hp. Both engines are paired only with a five-speed manual transmission.

Soon the range of station wagons will become wider: today the AVTOVAZ press center reported that The Tolyatti plant began production of the Lada Vesta in the SW and SW Cross versions, equipped with a 16-valve 106-horsepower engine. These Wests have a combined cycle consumption of 7.3 liters per 100 km.
After the new versions reach dealers, the Lada Vesta SW station wagon will be available in Comfort, Life, Enjoy and Techno trim levels, and the “elevated” Vesta SW Cross version will be offered in Life, Enjoy and Techno versions. The company has not yet disclosed the prices of the new versions. According to the price list on the official website of the brand, the recommended retail price of Vesta SW with a 90-horsepower engine is 1,329,900 rubles, and for Vesta SW Cross they ask for at least 1,511,900 rubles.
The equipment of the basic Comfort version includes: front airbags for the driver and front passenger, full LED head optics and lights, roof rails, air conditioning, push-button engine start function, ABS system. The next equipment, Life, additionally received heated front seats, a multifunction steering wheel, the Lada EnjoY infotainment system with a 7-inch touchscreen, as well as exterior door handles and side mirror housings painted in body color.
Next in the line is the Enjoy version, which is equipped with heating of the entire surface of the windshield, rear parking sensors and a rear view camera. The top version of Techno, in turn, can boast of the presence of side airbags, interior lighting and entry/exit points in the front doors, digital instrumentation and the Lada EnjoY Vision Pro multimedia system with a 10-inch touch screen and Yandex services. These cars also have 16-inch alloy wheels, and the roof and side mirror housings are decorated in black.
The equipment of the Lada Vesta SW Cross is almost identical to the “regular” station wagon, however, for the “elevated” versions there are 17-inch wheels, increased ground clearance to 203 mm and a body kit around the perimeter. The cross-versions also have a different interior color scheme, including contrasting decorative inserts.

Recall that at the Izhevsk plant AVTOVAZ intends to begin production of electric Lada e-Largus station wagons and vans next year, and as well as their gasoline analogues (the relocation of production from the Tolyatti site will be completed in the second quarter of 2024).
