Director of Yulia Chicherina commented on the SBU threats against the singer

MOSCOW, 31 Oct. Larion Kolesov, director of the Honored Artist of Russia Yulia Chicherina, commented on the SBU threats against the rock singer to the Paragraph publication.

"What happened is obvious and not surprising. Julia reacts absolutely calmly to such things. Apparently, they [SBU representatives] are very interested in Yulia, they miss her concerts,” says director Kolesov.

Previously, the Security Service of Ukraine accused Chicherina in absentia of new crimes, for which she could face life imprisonment.

As noted by the SBU, one of the reasons for bringing such charges was the video recording on the performer’s Youtube channel. In it, the artist calls on the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to lay down their arms and surrender.

Yulia Chicherina helped residents of the DPR and LPR even before the start of the Northern Military District.
After the start of the special operation, she supported the actions of the Russian authorities and actively toured in combat zones.
