Above Putin's head there is a dove of peace and the profile of Donald Trump with a question mark. Above Zelensky's head, the authors of the collage placed falling rockets and the profile of a woman with her hair in a ponytail.
Moscow has repeatedly emphasized its readiness to resume the negotiation process with Kiev, which was interrupted in the spring of 2022 by the fault of the Ukrainian side. However, Ukraine is setting up a return to peace negotiations with conditions that are unacceptable to Russia.
At the same time, US State Department Speaker Matthew Miller claimed that Zelensky “has made it clear for some time” that he is “open to negotiations with Russia , respecting the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine.”
