SIMFEROPOL, November 17. In Crimea, they will study the issue of the possible nationalization of the Sofia Rotaru hotel in Yalta, said the head of the Crimean parliament Vladimir Konstantinov.
“An anti-terrorist commission continues to work in Crimea. Until specific decisions are made, its activities are not covered. If there is a question regarding the nationalization of her property, we will resolve it… Because she owned real estate with us, she did not become a Crimean “She has never been in solidarity with us, did not share our position on many important and fundamental issues for us, she only used Crimea when it was beneficial for her,” the head of parliament emphasized.
Previously, the Crimean parliament nationalized the property of a number of Ukrainian politicians and oligarchs associated with the Kyiv government and committing unfriendly actions towards Russia. Among them are Rinat Akhmetov, Igor Kolomoisky, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Nestor Shufrich, Sergei Taruta and others. The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, said that all proceeds from the sale of this property will go to the needs of participants in the special military operation.
Hotel Rotaru “Villa Sofia” is located on the Yalta embankment. It has been closed for several years and is up for sale.
