The victim’s ex-husband helped him in the massacre
In the early morning of November 7, a woman’s body was found in a busy area of Izhevsk. She was beaten and her head was broken with a heavy object. On the same day, we learned that the attack was carried out by the younger brother of the deceased. He chose a hammer as the murder weapon, and cited childhood resentment as the cause of the act. But investigators found inconsistencies in the young man’s confessions.
Late in the evening, 34-year-old Tatyana was returning home. She worked at a chain of liquor stores that closed late. Her path went past garages. It was there that her younger 20-year-old brother met her with a hammer in his hands.
The struggle was short-lived. The woman died on the spot.
The crime was solved when a hammer and the victim’s bag were found in a nearby pond. The brother was identified and detained. He admitted that he killed his sister because of childhood grievances. Allegedly, from childhood to this day, she did not allow him to live.
However, Ivan did not go to the murder alone. During the massacre, a Japanese SUV was standing nearby. From there, Tatyana’s ex-husband watched the massacre – 48-year-old Igor. Ivan’s friends from school clearly agree: it was he who pitted his sister and brother against each other.
“He was a very dark guy,” said “MK” a friend from the school where Ivan studied. — Only a person with an abnormal psyche remembers childhood grievances. Vanya was not like that. Igor, in my opinion, was the main instigator.

As MK managed to find out, on the eve of the murder, Igor and Tatyana were completing divorce proceedings. They shared children: the couple had two of them – daughter and son. Igor stated that he doted on children. Neighbors believe that the motive for the murder could have been a large family hearth. All participants in the events owned a two-story mansion in the private sector of Izhevsk. Tatyana was registered there, although she actually lived in another part of the city. However, a woman could claim a share in the house during a divorce.
The investigation has yet to understand all the intricacies of the family tragedy. So far, both the offended brother and the jealous husband have been detained. A criminal case has been initiated under the article “Murder by a group of persons by prior conspiracy.”
