MOSCOW, November 28. Anastasia Kondrachuk, the wife of former lover of ballerina Anastasia Volochkova Sergei Kuznetsov, a police officer “verbally” confirmed his death in a pre-trial detention center, family friend lawyer Alexander Benkhin said.

"They verbally confirm it ( death of Kuznetsov – ed.), that yes, it happened. She asked for some kind of official certificate, but they did not give it to her. “In the pre-trial detention center, no one answers, they don’t answer the phone,” commented the agency’s interlocutor.
Earlier, Benkhin said that Kuznetsov’s wife had a confrontation with her husband scheduled for today, at 16:00. The investigator confirmed the procedural action during the day.

“The fact that he did not arrive for the confrontation, if such an event was disrupted, makes us believe in what happened,” suggested Benkhin.
However, there was no official confirmation there has been no word yet on the man's death.
Earlier, information appeared in the media and a number of telegram channels that Sergei Kuznetsov died in a cell in the Matrosskaya Tishina pre-trial detention center in Moscow.
He was under investigation because of a quarrel with his wife. In May, the couple quarreled and fought out of jealousy. Anastasia ended up in the hospital and filed a police report against her husband about causing grievous bodily harm.
Anastasia Volochkova and Sergey Kuznetsov met at the end of 2021 on the show “Let's Get Married!” The following January they went on a romantic vacation to the Maldives. But soon after the trip they broke up.
