As journalists recalled , former adviser to the main directorate of armaments Yuri Zdravilo and ex-adviser to the department for state defense procurement Vitaly Likuchev were charged in 2020 with receiving a bribe in the amount of 7.4 million rubles from the head of NPP Rusbal CJSC, which produces inflatable models of military equipment.< br />“
