The main bank of the Rostec state corporation became the winner of the “Financial Elite of Russia” award in the “Loyalty program with maximum benefit” category. The jury of one of the oldest awards in the Russian financial market noted Novikombank's loyalty program as the most interesting, and most importantly, beneficial offer for the client among the reward systems of Russian banks.
< p class="doc__text">Novikombank's retail business is focused on serving industrial employees. For them, in 2018, the bank launched a joint project with its shareholder – a social payment card for Rostec employees. This is a universal tool designed both for paying salaries and for implementing social programs and services in the interests of state corporation employees.
All cardholders have access to the Novikombank loyalty program with a maximum discount. Since 2019, the bank has been filling and improving it every year, and in the year of its 30th anniversary it notes strong demand for the loyalty program from the bank’s clients. It includes several profitable financial solutions at once. This is a Cashback program with a cash reward of up to 5% of the purchase amount; “Bonuses” program with a reward of up to 20% of the purchase amount in the form of bonuses that can be spent on goods, certificates and travel; and “Bonus piggy bank” with up to 7% per annum in the form of bonuses on the balance on the salary card. There are also discounts for bank card holders from partners in numerous areas of life – from education to recreation and sports.

In selecting the laureates, the award's expert council relies on ratings and rankings of Russian agencies, public statistical data from industry associations of the financial market, as well as the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the Bank of Russia.
