He accused Mr Anderson of trying to headbutt him and shouting at him in a drunken rage, and suggested he could potentially defect to «UKIP or the BNP».
On Twitter Mr Anderson stated that: “To be clear, this is a vile hoax and an insult to my family. To be clear, I have a son named Charlie, but he is 33, not 23 as the man says in this video.
“The voice is completely different from my son's voice. The person who made this false call is sick. I will report this to the police, and LBC should too.”
Sharing a link to a video of the conversation on Monday afternoon, he added: “Here it is, an outrageous interview on LBC in which someone pretended to be my son. It's just beyond words.»

The caller claimed he would «vote Labor because I fell out with my family» and said Mr Anderson «yelled at me last night for some reason», telling listeners he had now left home to stay with his grandmother.
He continued: “He came back from a studio somewhere drunk and was talking to Richard [Tice] about how at this rate he had a better chance of joining UKIP or the BNP.”
«I said, 'Dad, my friends are Asian and stuff,' and he tried to headbutt me and grab me and basically told my mom to leave…»
In November, Mr Anderson was recorded as claiming he was offered money to join Mr Tice's Reform UK party, founded by Nigel Farage, the former leader of the UK and Brexit Party. Mr Tice insisted that while he had negotiated defections with Tory MPs, no one had been promised money for it.
Interrupting the caller, Ms Johnson said: “This looks like a very personal question you talked to your father, thanks for the call. I wish you all the best. I'm not sure if we should continue with this. It sounded like a very personal interaction between Charlie and the person he was allegedly talking about.»
Mr Anderson has regularly spoken about the abuse he has received from left-wing activists on X, previously on Twitter, since joining to the platform in 2022.
In November, he said that «vile trolls» had questioned his fundraising for Enlighten the Shadows, a men's mental health charity, and had previously criticized «left-wing trolls who are stalking this page.» «.
