MOSCOW, January 1 In Bryansk, the police will check a video in which a girl publicly burns her passport, the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the region reported.
Earlier on Monday, several online publications published a recording showing how a resident of Bryansk uses a lighter to set fire to the pages of an open passport and shows it to others. The public films what is happening on their phones, the process is accompanied by loud screams, obscene expressions and laughter.
“The girl’s identity has been established and a check is underway,” said a representative of the department.
It is clarified that she is in custody.
