MOSCOW, December 28 Participation in blogger Anastasia Ivleeva’s party at the Mutabor club cannot be grounds for depriving singer Philip Kirkorov of the title of People’s Artist, the singer’s lawyer said Alexander Dobrovinsky.
Earlier, the Ministry of Culture was asked to deprive Philip Kirkorov of the title of People's Artist for participating in a party with a nude dress code at the Mutabor club.

The party organized by Ivleeva in the capital's club «Mutabor» with a dress code requiring one to appear half-naked, caused a negative resonance in society. Ivleeva and a number of participants in the event were forced to make excuses, the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow registered a class action lawsuit against the blogger for 1 billion rubles in compensation for moral damage, and rapper Vacío (Nikolai Vasiliev), who came to the party wearing only a sock, was arrested for 15 days.
