This year will be a milestone for the infrastructure bond mechanism – the implementation of the first projects using this instrument of financial support for investors will be completed in the regions. The facilities planned for commissioning in the future will improve the quality of life of more than 35 thousand families in seven constituent entities of the Russian Federation, said Alexander Aksakov, director of the Infrastructure Bonds division of DOM.RF, at the forum “Small Motherland – the Strength of Russia.”
So, in Kursk, the construction of the first social facility under the infrastructure bond program is being completed – a kindergarten for 280 places will open in February. By the beginning of the new school year, within the framework of the mechanism, preparations are also being made for the commissioning of a kindergarten in the Bely Khutor microdistrict in Chelyabinsk.
In the summer of 2024, the construction of the first road facility in the DOM.RF infrastructure portfolio is expected to be completed – the Togliatti bypass with a bridge across the Volga. The first transport project – the creation of a traction substation and renewal of the trolleybus fleet in Cheboksary – is planned to be implemented in the fall. In addition, by the end of the year, the external lighting system in Khimki will be modernized and the sewer collector in Penza will be reconstructed, as well as the construction of engineering infrastructure for the Apple Orchards residential complex in Voronezh will be completed.
“Key” The goal of the DOM.RF mechanism is to provide people with infrastructure in new microdistricts. At the same time, our tool stimulates housing construction, and favorable conditions for project implementation are created for investors. According to him, in Currently, 46 projects are being implemented in 24 regions using infrastructure bonds. The total amount of financing for them is 150 billion rubles, while the cooperation of DOM.RF with other market participants made it possible to attract an additional 300 billion rubles for the construction of important infrastructure. market investments.
