ROSTOV-ON-DON, January 17 Three people, according to updated data, were injured in a fire at the plant in Shakhty, Rostov region, reported the head of the city administration Andrei Gortsevskoy in the Telegram channel.
“About the situation at the Shakhty polyester plant. According to updated data, three people were injured. They are receiving medical assistance,” he wrote.
Earlier, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that two people were injured as a result of a fire at a polyester fiber production plant in Shakhty. The fire was localized to an area of 360 square meters. According to city authorities, the fire was preceded by an explosion. Two victims were reported – a man and a woman.
