MOSCOW, January 17 American musician CJ Hedgepeth, who was nicknamed Philip Kirkorov’s double on social networks, announced on TikTok that he plans to make a cover of the songs of the People’s Artist of Russia.

"Difficult find a song that I can cover and make it sound good. But I’m working on it,” shared the artist.
CJ Hedgepeth lives in Central Virginia and is 25 years old.
He sings and plays the banjo and posts on social networks. The singer shares his own compositions, and also imitates Nirvana lead singer Kurt Cobain, recording covers of the band's songs.
Russian-speaking users jokingly call the genre of his work “kir-core”, and the artist himself – Philip Cobain and Kurt Kirkorov. Some have suggested that CJ Hedgepeth is the illegitimate son of the People's Artist of Russia.
Philip Kirkorov did not respond to his double from the USA.
