“The proposed pool of plots is excellent for different types of investors . For example, private investors can implement a small project of a country complex or demarcate a land plot for the purpose of further resale for the construction of individual housing construction; a large investor can purchase the entire pool of land plots, implement a high-class cottage village project on them and integrate into the surrounding infrastructure, — says Olga Zheludkova, Deputy General Director of RAD.— A slight distance from the Moscow Ring Road, coupled with a good environmental situation, makes this area attractive for country living. The target audience will be both Muscovites and residents of other regions who choose the format of country life in the capital. Demand for housing in this location is still significantly ahead of supply.”
