RAD sells a conglomerate of land plots in New Moscow

At the RAD auction, a large pool of land plots with a total area of ​​764,139 square meters will be sold. m., located in New Moscow, in the village. Desenovskoye, near the villages of Kuvekino and Pykhchevo. On this territory it is possible to build a cottage village.

Three plots (two of them adjacent) are sold in separate lots. Their total cost is almost 1.3 billion rubles. The plots are intended for the placement of individual housing construction objects.

The auction takes place in the form of a public offer. Applications are accepted until February 29 inclusive on the federal trading platform ETP RAD Lot-online.

The auction organizer is the Russian Auction House (RAD).

The plots are located in an ecologically clean and sought-after area of ​​New Moscow, within 24–27 km from the Moscow Ring Road. Convenient transport accessibility is provided by the two main transport arteries of the region — Kaluga and Varshavskoe highways.
