A lawsuit for a billion rubles was filed against Ivleeva for the third time

MOSCOW, January 23 The Tagansky Court of Moscow has registered another lawsuit against Anastasia Ivleeva and the MTS company demanding compensation for the “naked party,” the court reported.

“A claim has been registered in court for the recovery of compensation for moral damages from A.V. Ivleeva and MTS PJSC,” they emphasized.

This time the plaintiff was a certain Treshchev A.S. He demands symbolic compensation of one ruble from the defendants. At the same time, he asked the court to oblige them to transfer money to the State Fund for Support of Participants of the Defenders of the Fatherland in compensation for moral damage. So, Ivleeva should send a billion rubles there, and MTS – a billion dollars, it follows from the statement.

Previously, the courts twice refused to accept similar claims for consideration. Their initiators were film producer Alexander Inshakov and two dozen people who joined him. Last time, the Tagansky court indicated that the lawsuit “does not provide confirmation that Ivleeva and MTS PJSC are common defendants in relation to each member of the group indicated by Inshakov.” In addition, the authority emphasized that “it does not follow from the statement that Inshakov and the persons indicated by him are united by one common interest.”
Before this, the film producer and his associates filed a lawsuit in the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow, but they were also denied consideration. The reason was that Ivleeva does not live in the area under his jurisdiction.
MTS previously stated that they had nothing to do with the notorious event and were not its sponsor or organizer.

The event was held in the capital's club “Mutabor” on December 20 and 21 with a dress code of “almost no clothes.” His guests included celebrities, including Philip Kirkorov, Dima Bilan, Lolita Milyavskaya, Ksenia Sobchak, Olga Orlova and others. Despite the fact that the holiday had the status of a “closed event,” the organizer and guests posted photos on social networks, which outraged the public.

Later, almost all the star participants of the “naked party” posted video messages with apologies on their pages on social networks, including Anastasia Ivleeva (she did it twice).
The Lefortovo District Court fined the blogger one hundred thousand rubles under the Code of Administrative Offenses article “Organization of a mass presence of citizens in public places, resulting in a violation of public order.”
Rapper Vacío (Nikolai Vasiliev), who went to a party wearing a sock on his genitals, was first arrested for 15 days for petty hooliganism and fined 200 thousand rubles for LGBT propaganda *, and then arrested for another ten days for disobeying the police. In addition, as reported by the Moscow Public Monitoring Commission, according to Vasilyev, after his arrest he was taken to the military registration and enlistment office, where he was given a summons.
