For 12 months of 2023, DOM.RF was involved in the turnover for the construction of housing and other facilities in the Stavropol region there are two plots with a total area of 0.22 hectares. In the North Caucasian Federal District, the implementation of construction projects continues in areas from DOM.RF. Thus, based on the results of the auction “for a share”, the residential complex “Heart of Nalchik” is being built in the capital of Kabardino-Balkaria (total urban potential – 145.5 thousand sq. m). The investor, under the terms of the auction, will transfer 24% of residential and non-residential premises in the complex to the Development Institute upon completion of construction.
