ST. PETERSBURG, January 26. The explosion in Vyborg, Leningrad region, occurred as part of planned work in a quarry; there is no reason for concern, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations reported in its Telegram channel.
“”In Vyborg, planned work is underway at the Erkilya quarry. The local quarry management is carrying out a massive explosion in compliance with all safety measures. There is no reason for concern among the population,” informs the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
