Last year, the authorities of 29 regions issued construction permits (PC) for about 2.7 million square meters. m of housing on plots previously transferred by DOM.RF to investors and regions. The top 3 regions for issuing RS included: Primorsky Territory (about 469.5 thousand sq. m), Tyumen (393.5 thousand sq. m) and Voronezh regions (about 239.1 thousand sq. m). In 2022, these positions were occupied by the Tyumen region, Krasnodar region and the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the reporting period, DOM.RF brought into circulation 321 plots in 50 regions with a total area of about 626 hectares for housing and other construction. Leaders in involvement: Moscow (more than 257 hectares) and Tyumen (83.2 hectares) regions, as well as the Krasnodar Territory (46.5 hectares). During the same time, DOM.RF donated plots with a total area of 110 hectares to 20 regions, including 23.5 hectares for the construction of six schools, nine kindergartens, one healthcare facility and one public administration facility.
Based on the results of eight meetings of the relevant government commission in 2023, DOM.RF was transferred agency powers in relation to unused federal facilities and plots with a total area of 412.3 hectares in 45 regions of Russia, including eight decisions on the integrated development of the territory adopted in relation to plots with a total area of 120 .1 hectares in the Irkutsk, Kaliningrad, Sverdlovsk, Tula regions, Krasnoyarsk and Altai territories, Mordovia and North Ossetia, whose total urban potential is more than 522 thousand square meters. m of housing.
As part of the legislative work on the initiative of DOM.RF, last year amendments to a number of regulations were adopted, allowing developers to participate in auctions “for a share” from DOM.RF in the implementation integrated territorial development projects (CTD). In 2023, the implementation of large-scale projects previously launched on sites from DOM.RF continued. Thus, in Khabarovsk, following the results of one of the first auctions for the KRT project, the Zhivopisny Sad and Severny Park residential complexes are being built on an area of 66.9 hectares. Permits for construction of more than 152 thousand square meters have already been received. m. In Kirov, the Zaryadnoye residential complex is also being built as part of the KRT project.
