At the end of 2023, Hals-Development Group took second place in the “Rating of Russian Employers” among construction companies with up to 1,000 employees. The developer is also consistently among the top 20 best employers from medium-sized businesses.
2266 companies took part in the 2023 study, 1497 of them reached the finals.

The annual study from the HeadHunter portal is the largest ranking of the country in terms of the number of participants and set of parameters, which has been conducted since 2010. The assessment takes into account sub-ratings with such criteria as highly developed HR processes, loyal employees and popularity with applicants, and also displays results for the overall rating based on the number of employees.
Participating companies are divided into four categories: largest companies (more than 5,000 employees), large companies (1,001–5,000 people), medium-sized companies (with 215–1,000 employees) and small companies (100–250 people).
