The price of the pharmaceutical complex «Sfera-Pharm» has been reduced

On March 22, the Russian Auction House (RAD) will hold a repeat auction as part of the bankruptcy of the pharmaceutical company Sfera-Pharm LLC. The company's property in the Kaluga region is up for sale.

Address: Kaluga region, Borovsky district, Dobrino village, 1st Vostochny passage, possession 6.

The facility is located in the Vorsino Industrial Park, 2.5 km from the federal highway E-101 (Kievskoye Highway). The distance to the Moscow Ring Road is 74 km, the A-108 highway (Big Moscow Ring) is 9 km away.

Applications are accepted until March 20. The starting price has been reduced by 214 million and amounts to 1.93 billion rubles. (previously the price was 2.14 billion rubles).

The auction will take place on the federal trading platform ETP RAD Lot-online.

Company property is partially pledged to the State Property Committee of VEB.RF and the Federal State Autonomous Institution RFTR.

The property includes: a complex of buildings with a total area of ​​17,840 sq. m. m, two adjacent land plots with an area of ​​3 hectares; three buildings; movable property, including highly specialized and electronic equipment, tools, inventory, devices — a total of 4566 units; as well as intangible assets.

The plant has four production lines with a total capacity of up to 45 million bottles and bags per year — solutions of glucose, dextrose and amino acids, solutions for =»doc__text»>peritoneal dialysis.

Also, if desired, the new owner can expand production capacity: the area of ​​the buildings allows this.
