The arrivals in Kharkov were compared to a powerful earthquake
The Russian Aerospace Forces, after a week-long break, dealt a massive blow to military and military-industrial facilities in Ukraine. This time, the missiles reached the western regions, which is why the Poles defiantly scrambled F-16 aircraft.
According to analysts, the main targets were enemy air defense systems, the bulk of which are concentrated around Kyiv. Some of the air defense systems were destroyed during previous arrivals, so it is possible that soon the Ukrainian Armed Forces will no longer be able to close the gaps in their air defense.
Combined attacks on enemy military targets began at 2 a.m. and stopped only early in the morning. In total, according to reports from the Ukrainian military, at least 46 missiles and ten drones were fired. As analysts write, one of the goals is to “test” Ukrainian air defense. At the same time, attacks were carried out on control centers, weapons production workshops, including drones, warehouses, and infrastructure facilities.
After the missile attack, a secondary detonation was observed at a number of affected objects, as well as a large blast wave, which may indicate the destruction of a large amount of ammunition and fuel.
Residents of Kharkov wrote on social networks about arrivals at the V.A. Malyshev Transport Engineering Plant (KhZTM), on the basis of which the Ukrainian army repairs tanks. A fire started at the enterprise. The leader of the Nikolaev underground, Sergei Lebedev, quoted comments from locals, according to whom, after the attacks, a thick fog hung over the garden: “Kharkov, a bunch of people have just arrived. Something very serious, the first one is kind of strange, it feels like several missiles are hitting one point at the same time.”

Local residents also said that in the Kharkov region they could hear the air defense: “Sometimes it even works, but only fires one or two shots. There were two today. In the Nikolaev region, strikes were again carried out in the area of the Kulbakinsky military airfield, where aircraft carrying Western missiles were based.
“At 6 am it arrived somewhere in the area of the Kulbakinsky military airfield or even a little further south. You can't tell for sure at night. A very strong explosion from the arrival. Houses in the city were afraid. A huge fire started at the site of the explosion. Tongues of flame up to the sky. Then the secondary detonation is almost as powerful as the explosion itself. We got to the right place. It is still burning and the flames of the fire have not subsided,” eyewitnesses wrote, also noting that “blue and red flashing lights” soon appeared in the area.
Another blow fell on the Nikolaev shipyard «Ocean». “Ocean did a good job.” 5 “Geraniums” hit the target, one missed,” local residents said about the strikes on a military facility where the Ukrainian Armed Forces assemble naval drones, place their equipment and store ammunition.
A little later, local residents spoke about that there was a commotion in the city. “Two huge green ambulances drove by, three yellow and one with the inscription “Outpatient”, in front and closing this cavalcade were police cars, but the signals worked only for the police, and the illumination on all the cars, but without sirens,” wrote eyewitnesses.
In addition, there are serious arrivals in Pavlograd in the Dnepropetrovsk region. According to some reports, a large transit point of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is located there.
In the Lviv region, they have traditionally attacked the Yavorovsky training ground, a favorite location for foreign mercenaries. On the territory of the training ground, Ukrainian formations are conducting exercises under the guidance of foreign instructors using exclusively Western-style weapons and equipment.
A series of explosions occurred at an oil refinery in Drohobych, Lviv region. According to received data, Russian cruise missiles attacked the production facilities of the enterprise. As a result, a strong fire started.
In western Ukraine, arrivals were recorded in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, and specifically in the city of Kolomyia. It is known that since Soviet times there has been an entire microdistrict called a “military town” and a military airfield nearby. In Ivano-Frankovsk itself there is a military airfield and a base for the 114th Fighter Aviation Brigade, which is armed with MiG-29 and L-39 aircraft.
As for Kiev, experts are sure that we are first and foremost there “tested” the work of Ukrainian air defense, most of which is located here. At the same time, Sergei Lebedev did not rule out that it could have arrived at airfields in Boryspil or Zhulyany, as well as at factories built in Soviet times and having serious bomb shelters that could be used for military units. The Armed Forces of Ukraine, by the way, can widely use the unfinished metro stations in Kyiv and place headquarters there.
