On February 13, 2024, the Russian company Goodt (part of the LANIT group) launched the country's first cloud solution for managing line employees. WFM Start includes functionality for digital timesheets, personnel planning and shift exchange. The solution is aimed at small and medium-sized businesses with a staff of 50 people and allows you to automate management from scratch or migrate from foreign software without the cost of server load.
The functionality of WFM Start is formed from basic management tools that allow you to automate timesheets and personnel planning and cover situational personnel shortages with internal resources through a shift exchange. The WFM Start delivery includes a mobile application for employees to send notifications, respond to shifts and send requests for days off.
“Many people mistakenly believe that automation of line personnel management is a task for large businesses. But that's not true. Most of the routine operations of finding a replacement for a sick employee, staff planning and timesheet preparation can be delegated to digital tools. And it doesn’t matter whether you have 50 people working for you or 5,000.
