The total volume of pension payments to clients of NPF Otkritie (part of the VTB Group) for 2023 amounted to 14.24 billion rubles*, of which 8.36 billion rubles were for compulsory pension insurance ( OPS) and 5.88 billion rubles. on non-state pension provision**. Compared to 2022, the total volume of pension payments of the fund increased by 15.5%, and payments under compulsory pension insurance — by 31.4%.
The insured persons — clients of the fund under compulsory pension insurance are more than 6.8 million people, 494 thousand participants form a non-state pension pension at NPF Otkrytie, the total number of pensioner clients exceeds 179 thousand people. The fund pays non-state pensions to 141 thousand participants. The number of insured persons receiving pension payments is 38 thousand people: the increase compared to 2022 was 13%*.
In their Personal Account, clients of NPF Otkrytie can use online services for filing applications for funded pensions and non-state pensions. In 2023, 17.8 thousand people applied online. Currently, more than 20% of the total number of pension applications submitted to the fund are completed by clients remotely***. To register a pension remotely, a future pensioner needs to go to the Personal Account on the fund’s website, attach scans of the necessary documents and sign the application with a simple electronic signature.
“Fulfilling its obligations to clients, the fund also strives for the constant development of remote servicing and digital services. Our task is to provide clients with a full range of services at all stages of pension formation in a single window mode,” comments commercial director of NPF Otkrytie Egor Shkerin.
Recall that in the second half of 2023, the fund launched a new online tool for its clients — a Personal Account web application (PWA), which can be easily installed on a mobile device. In the web application, clients of NPF Otkrytie can monitor the status of their pension account at any time, enter into a non-state pension agreement, replenish a non-state pension account and set up automatic payment, apply for a pension, update personal information, request copies of documents, contact the fund, and also ask any question to the fund’s specialists in the chat.
