Natalya Belonogova will design the public space of the OPUS clubhouse

Developer PIONEER has approved the interior concept of public spaces for the new premium project OPUS. The design of the lobby and common areas will be carried out by the NB Studio bureau of designer Natalia Belonogova, the author of the interiors of fine dining restaurants “Gvidon”, “Gorynych”, “Zhirok”, Maya and others.

Especially for OPUS, in addition to the usual lounge area and lobby, the designer designed a unique amenities space. The concept of the Russian North was proposed for him. Using natural handmade materials, the designer reveals the originality of northern culture. For this purpose, the project will use fur, leather, stone and wood. The dark tone of the walls of the lounge area and the fireplace will emphasize the intimacy of the atmosphere, and the panoramic glazing will open up a view of the internal landscaped private courtyard.

The amenities space is a private club infrastructure, access to which will only be available to residents of the house. It will include: fitness, a martial arts and boxing room, a sauna and an area with lounge chairs overlooking the courtyard, a massage room, and a room with a golf simulator. Also in this part of the house there will be a living room, which will become a place for family relaxation and communication.

“When designing two-story amenities in the OPUS club house, I thought about what residents need in a modern metropolis, where sports have become an integral part of everyday life. Even the most fashionable fitness centers often lack a certain amount of privacy and comfort: we tend to leave them as quickly as possible to relax at home. In the OPUS club house there will be no need to rush anywhere, sports and recreation are available to residents at any time convenient for them,” noted designer Natalya Belonogova.

The OPUS club house is a deluxe project of a premium developer real estate PIONEER. A building with a unique wave-shaped architecture designed by the Tsimailo Lyashenko and Partners bureau is being built on Derbenevskaya Street in the center of Moscow. In the new project, all apartments have views, and the offer includes unique lots with terraces, bathrooms and dressing rooms with a window. OPUS will also include an A+ class business center of the same name. Completion of construction of the facility is scheduled for 2025.
