However, there is nothing extraordinary in the new design, because the harbinger already looked like a model ready for production. And the equipment of the special version is standard.
The seven-seat Honda BR-V crossover of the current second generation debuted in serial form in 2021. The model has been launched in Indonesia, and from there it is supplied to other countries in Southeast Asia, as well as to South Africa and Latin American markets. So now, in the production homeland, the range of SUV trim levels has been expanded: at the Indonesia International Motor Show, a special version of the N7X Edition was presented.

The name of the special version was not chosen by chance — the N7X index was a harbinger of the model, it stands for New 7-Seater eXcitement. The Indonesian division of Honda notes that in terms of design, the new version is close to the concept. However, the company is disingenuous: the harbinger already looked like a car ready for production; there was nothing unusual in the design. As a result, all that the commercial BR-V N7X Edition has in common with the N7X Concept are the darkened fins on the radiator grille.

The special version also received black wheels (16- or 17-inch), and the exterior mirror housings, door handles and fin antenna were made in the same color. The “brackets” located above the foglights, on the contrary, have turned from black to chrome. But the additional diode strips of running lights that the concept had were not included in the new version. The body of the Honda BR-V N7X Edition can be painted in Sand Khaki Pearl, which was previously only available for the more prestigious Honda HR-V SUV. Finally, there is a badge on the grille with the name of the new variant.
