< p class="doc__text">As part of the panel “Stimulating Technological Development,” Senior Vice President of Novikombank Valery Davydov spoke about its own preferential programs that the bank launched in 2022. Thanks to them, enterprises received preferential financing in the amount of about 90 billion rubles, and the economic effect amounted to about 3.5 billion rubles.
In addition, Novikombank provides industry with access to various government support instruments. Among them, Valery Davydov named two main ones. The first is a cluster investment platform (CIP). With its help, large investment projects for the production of priority products receive financing at 7.8%, which is 2 times lower than the current key rate. The second tool is a new mechanism for taxonomy of projects of technological sovereignty and structural adaptation (Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 603). It also allows you to obtain financing on preferential terms.
“On the CIP, the interdepartmental commission has already supported 3 projects with the participation of Novikombank with a budget of 44.1 billion rubles. These are transport engineering and automotive manufacturing. The bank also has applications under consideration, for example, for a project to manufacture industrial robots. According to government decree 603, Novikombank has already applied incentive regulation for one transport engineering project. VEB.RF was one of the first to include this project in the relevant register,” said Valery Davydov.
Anna Lavrentyeva, Senior Vice President of Novikombank, spoke at a panel dedicated to personnel issues in industry. She spoke about the bank's tools for motivating and retaining highly qualified technical specialists at enterprises. In particular, they talked about the “Development” program, which gives the right to preferential lending conditions to certain categories of employees.
Due to the increased need for qualified engineers and the need to support experienced specialists, which was noted by Russian President Vladimir Putin when he proposed establishing the “Mentor of the Year” award, Novikombank introduced an additional category into the “Development” program — engineering and technical workers and mentors.
Also for industrial workers at Novikombank, all types of state mortgages with the lowest rates are available: family, Far Eastern, IT mortgages.
Another tool for maintaining employee loyalty – a social payment card for an employee of the Rostec State Corporation, which already has more than half a million holders. The card is not only a means of payment, but also provides access to a number of preferential services.
“We are confident that every company needs to have a strategy for developing human resources and systematically implement planned activities. We believe that the experience of the Rostec State Corporation can be used by enterprises in their personnel policies,” summarized Anna Lavrentieva.
