Accepting orders for the new product of the American brand on the European market will begin towards the end of this year.
American brand Jeep is now owned by the Stellantis concern. The brand presented its most compact model at the Paris Motor Show in the fall of 2022. The main sales market for the Jeep Avenger is Europe; the model went on sale at the beginning of last year. Let us remind you that initially the crossover debuted only in front-wheel drive versions — gasoline and electric, but an all-wheel drive version is being prepared for release: today the manufacturer officially announced this version and revealed the first details about its “filling”.

The Jeep Avenger is based on a modified French CMP platform, which was renamed STLA Small. The Avenger is just 4,080 mm long, 1,776 mm wide, 1,528 mm high, and 2,560 mm between the axles. The ground clearance of this SUV is 200 mm, and the trunk volume of previously presented versions is 380 liters.
The company has now shown a sketch of another modification of the model — the Jeep Avenger 4xe — with an all-wheel drive system. Judging by the image, this option will borrow a lot from the Jeep Avenger 4×4 concept, which was presented back in October 2022. The Avenger 4xe will differ from the already presented versions due to a different front bumper (with bright green accents, not blue, like the show car), a decal on the hood, roof rails, and a set of off-road tires.

The full premiere of the production version of the Avenger 4xe all-wheel drive will take place later. The company has not yet revealed the interior of the new modification; it is expected that it will have minimal differences from the current front-wheel drive versions. In this case, on the front panel you will find a completely virtual instrument panel (for simpler versions the diagonal is 7 inches, for top-end versions it is 10.25 inches), as well as a horizontally located touchscreen of the infotainment system of 10.25 inches.

The main difference from the Jeep Avenger already offered in Europe will be the “filling”. The hybrid installation of the 4xe version is based on a 136-horsepower gasoline engine, which works in tandem with two electric motors (each with a power of 29 hp). According to the manufacturer, traction goes to all wheels, regardless of the battery charge level. A six-speed e-DCS6 dual-clutch automatic transmission is available.
It is known that Accepting orders for the Jeep Avenger 4xe on the European market will begin towards the end of this year, prices will be announced later. In one of the largest European markets, Germany, a current crossover can be bought for at least 25 thousand euros (equivalent to approximately 2.51 million rubles at the current exchange rate), and the top version will cost no less than 31.5 thousand euros (about 3.18 million rubles).
Meanwhile, another new Jeep product is being prepared for its premiere: the production version of the Wagoneer S crossover will soon debut. At the end of last month, the future SUV, which is based on the STLA Large platform , revealed herself in official photos. The new crossover will hit the American market this fall, and then the Jeep Wagoneer S will reach other countries.
