In April 2024, with the support of LANIT, the XII season of the corporate championship for employees of the largest Russian companies will be held. The group is not only a general partner, but also a sponsor of the event. The prize fund for the anniversary season of the championship has increased to 2 million rubles.
The Business Champions League Championship starts on April 13 and will last until June 11, 2024. More than 1 thousand employees from the largest Russian companies will take part in the event. They will compete in seven team disciplines: Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, League of Legends, World of Tanks, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, Apex Legends and Valorant, as well as in the individual Hearthstone Battlegrounds discipline.
The organizers of the event and LANIT are expanding the pool of e-sports disciplines. In the new gaming season, employees of Russian companies will take part in competitions in Valorant, a tactical team shooter, as well as in Apex Legends, a battle royale game. The first corporate tournament in this discipline was held at LANIT in early 2023. The prize fund of the “Business Champions League” championship also extends to new disciplines.
LANIT employees are already preparing to participate in the corporate championship. In 2024, eSports players will have a new format of selection for the event — the team will be formed from the strongest players of the company. All teams have mandatory training sessions with experienced specialists. In addition to external championships, LANIT e-sportsmen will enjoy many thematic events and internal tournaments in which every employee can take part.
