MOSCOW, March 24 Belarusian tennis player Arina Sabalenka was unable to exit into the fourth round of the WTA 1000 tournament in Miami (USA), the prize fund of which exceeds $8.7 million.
In the third round meeting, the second racket of the world lost to Ukrainian Angelina Kalinina (32) with a score of 4:6, 6:1, 1:6. The duration of the match was 2 hours 2 minutes.
In the next round, Kalinina will play with the representative of Kazakhstan Yulia Putintseva.
Earlier it became known that ex-hockey player of the Belarusian national team Konstantin Koltsov committed suicide in the USA, he was 42 years old. Previously, Koltsov had a relationship with Sabalenka. The second racket of the world did not withdraw from the tournament in Miami in connection with the incident, but refused to communicate with the press.
