Who was included in the “black list” of Russian targets: from the top to the TsIPSO
In Ukraine, they took seriously the words of Vladimir Putin, who on Tuesday, April 2, said that the terrorist attacks that trying to fight Russia is a “double-edged sword.” Ukrainian channels made a list of objects that, after the terrorist attack in Crocus, became legitimate military targets for Russia.
At the extended board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Vladimir Putin made a number of statements in which Ukraine saw a “message” to Western scriptwriters and moderators of the Ukrainian special services. The enemy was especially alarmed by the president’s phrase that the terrorist attacks organized against our citizens are “a double-edged sword.”
In Ukraine, Vladimir Putin’s phrase was seen as a message that does not bode well for Russia’s opponents. In particular, experts argue that Russia will neutralize not the performers, but the customers and organizers. In addition, all Ukrainian security forces and departments become legitimate targets. “This means that working in these institutions is dangerous. Even a cleaner,” they warn on Ukrainian social networks.
At the same time, not only those involved in terrorist attacks will be eliminated, but also those who support the media effect. This means that the centers of information and psychological operations — TsIPSO — will come under attack. Experts conclude that working in such offices will now be downright dangerous.
The same applies to business partners of Ukraine. For example, ships that enter the ports of Ukraine are also now our military targets, since they can deliver military cargo.
The top military and political leadership of Ukraine was included in the “black list”. Anyone who works in any ministry, department, or regional military administration can become a victim of a strike.
“This means that Putin gave the go-ahead for attacks on any of these targets. When this will happen is a matter of time. Take care of yourself. Do not walk near the Security Service of Ukraine and other objects dangerous to your life,” warn Ukrainian experts.
Recall that earlier the head of the Center for the Study of Military and Political Conflicts Andrei Klintsevich deciphered the “diplomatic message” of Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, who stated, that after May 20 (on this day the inauguration of the newly elected president of Ukraine would have taken place if the elections had not been cancelled) the question of Zelensky’s legitimacy may no longer have to be resolved.
Then he explained that in In world diplomacy there is such a thing as parity and that the “game of remote terrorism” that Western countries are playing in relation to Russia is “two-sided.” “All terrorists can receive orders from anyone who sends him money: he will come and complete the tasks. I don't see any difficulties here. We can influence them in a variety of ways, and these methods will already be within the scope of the moral restrictions of our leadership,” explained Klintsevich.
