SOCHI, April 5The court granted the investigator's request to place in custody for two months a resident of Krasnodar who ordered the murder of a hated neighbor for 200 thousand rubles, the joint press service of the regional courts reported.
According to investigators, a 46-year-old resident of Krasnodar, having a personal dislike for his 41-year-old housemate, decided to organize her murder. To do this, he began to look for the perpetrator of the crime, which the police found out about. An employee of the department acted as a “killer” and agreed to commit a crime; the customer promised 200 thousand rubles as a reward. On April 3, the customer met with the contractor in Moscow, where, while transferring the next part of the reward, he was detained by operational police officers. A criminal case has been opened against the man under the article of preparing to organize a murder for hire. The investigation appealed to the court regarding his detention.
«The court granted the investigation's request. A preventive measure in the form of detention was chosen against the accused. The duration of the measure is two months,» the statement says.
According to the Investigative Committee, during the interrogation the man fully admitted his guilt.
