The independent analytical platform “Unified Resource for Developers” (ERZ) has updated the rating data for the best residential complexes in the Moscow region in terms of consumer qualities. The EVO residential complex, which is being built by the federal developer DOGMA in Reutov, retains its leadership for the fourth month in a row.
According to the Unified Developer Resource for April 2024, the EVO multifunctional residential quarter project received 63.85 points. This indicator is calculated as a weighted average assessment of the consumer qualities of new buildings in which sales are ongoing. Analysts evaluate projects based on more than 100 parameters, including the level of transport accessibility, the number of parking spaces, the provision of social infrastructure, landscaping of courtyard space, safety, etc. These criteria allow the client to evaluate the high level of comfort in the residential complex.

According to ERZ, the company has the maximum rate of declared housing delivery, 5 out of 5 “stars”, and one of the highest percentages of houses delivered on time – 95%.
