MOSCOW, April 11 Amur forward Kirill Slepets signed a new contract with the club after his best season in his KHL career, according to the official Telegram channel of the Khabarovsk club.
The new agreement with the 25-year-old hockey player is valid until the end of the next season and is bilateral. The player's previous contract expired on April 30.
Slepets is a graduate of Khabarovsk hockey and has been playing for Amur since 2021; before that, he spent two seasons in Yaroslavl Lokomotiv and Riga Dynamo. This season, the forward played 59 matches in which he scored 20 points (8 goals + 12 assists), scoring three shorthanded goals.
In total, he played 133 matches in the KHL, in which he scored 31 points (13+18).
Earlier on Thursday, Amur announced a contract extension with another forward Vladislav Barulin, who became the team's best sniper this season.
