“They can kill children and women”: a gang of teenagers is causing a nightmare in the Moscow region

The investigation into the case is under the control of Bastrykin

The former city of Zheleznodorozhny (now it is the Balashikha microdistrict) is shaken by criminal events. Residents have been plagued by a teenage gang for almost a year and a half. In the new high-rise buildings that are growing like mushrooms in Balashikha, parents are afraid for their children. And for ourselves too.

Information about the gang spilled out from parent chats and yard gatherings after the outrageous incident. A creepy video was posted on Zheleznodorozhny’s telegram channel: a group of teenagers using a fighting technique throws a woman onto the asphalt and kicks her. A man comes to the defense, but he gets it too. Under the video, the author of the post explained the situation. She is even more impressive.

— 04/06/2024 at 18:00 my 14-year-old son sent a message to his father about extortion of 2000 rubles. They gave him half an hour with threats of beating him. One boy transferred 500 rubles and was released. One ran away. And mine managed to send a message and geolocation,” wrote the author of the post, Olga.

When she and her husband came to help their son, they were beaten by that same group of teenage extortionists.

— They began to insult us. I took a picture of them and said that I would contact the police. We began to walk away towards the car. They caught up with us, stopped us and attacked us in order to bring our husband into a fight. I grabbed one by the T-shirt and asked him to stop. Why did he beat me, then my husband? We took the children, took them home, and went to the police station ourselves,” the woman continued to describe the situation.

Almost all local public pages forwarded the post, and other residents of the microdistrict began writing on Zheleznodorozhny’s page. A gloomy situation was emerging, in which, unfortunately, residents of the new residential complex «Center-2» and the surrounding areas have been living for a year and a half.

— I know these guys, regular clients of the police. I barely fought off my son from their extortions, the family themselves defended me for six months, then they collected evidence and turned to the police,” says Elena G. “They are minors, they are all already registered, some have already served time in the Juvenile Detention Center. Unfortunately, the guys come from such families that the police are powerless.

— We know, we know such people. And the inspector from the PDN knows them very well. We came across these characters, the scheme did not change for them, all the same amounts, all the same consequences, writes Elena Z.

MK contacted residents of the new districts of Zheleznodorozhny. Interesting details emerged. The leader of the teenage gang is considered to be a certain Major. Now he is 16, but a group of dashing teenagers has gathered around him since school. There, at the educational institution, he made friends with brothers from Azerbaijan. The guys were engaged in MMA, they were prominent handsome men, they enjoyed authority.

— They were a la the coolest ones in school. The girls were not touched. Younger children dreamed of being friends with them, that’s where their coolness comes from,” a classmate of the young “leaders” told MK.

Now the heroes of the events are 16. They left school, but, as they say, continue to engage in MMA and, apparently, practice techniques on those who are smaller and younger.

— What can I say? Children from seemingly prosperous and wealthy families are simply engaged in outright lawlessness on the streets of Zhel-Dora.

They can often be seen in the Center-2 area, in the Confiture shopping center or on children's playgrounds. Most are from 14 to 18 years old, but they also have “older ones” up to 30 years old,” a resident of the area told an MK correspondent on the condition that her name would not be published in the press.

— I have There are children, I’m afraid for them,” the interlocutor argued.

A resident of Center-2 said that there are many migrants in the “gang.”

— At the school where “Major” studied, many boys are directly or indirectly connected with his gang. Many behave as frostbitten as possible, form into different gangs, but they still all go by “Major.” There are constant fights at school, those who are weaker are beaten. They can beat children, women, anyone to the point of brain damage, just to maintain authority and dispel boredom.

The interlocutor is sure that teenagers are not street punks, but “a specific organized crime group, numbering a total of 100 people, probably teenagers.”

— Outwardly they also stand out. They wear clothes that imitate the English street style of the 80s and 90s, a kind of Balashikha “casual”. Branded sneakers, jeans or sweatpants, sweatshirts… Actually, clothes and frostbite are probably all that unite them, concludes a resident of Center-2.

Other residents are sure that aggressive teenagers are often found in a state of drug and alcohol intoxication. A young body allows you to use your skills acquired in the martial arts section on peers.

The investigation into the case of young bandits of the Moscow region was taken under control by the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin. In the near future, residents of Zheleznodorozhny intend to hold a meeting regarding possible attacks on their children.
