She tried to explain this to them, but the bandits only checked her bag and took away her modest phone and money.
The guys, angry with their failure, raped the waitress while one filmed everything on video and the fourth stood aside. Anya did not even immediately realize that it was a girl.
Having recorded all the details of the rape on video, the criminals threatened that if Anya did not buy it for 50 thousand rubles, then the video would be posted on the Internet, where it would be seen her relatives and friends. And if she contacted the police, they promised to find her and beat her. Leaving the victim at the crime scene, the rapists fled in a car.
Anya made it home with great difficulty and contacted the police. She remembered some details of the attack — the signs of the criminals and the license plate number of the car. The attackers were detained two days later.

At the trial, it was established that the criminals did not have any personal dislike for Anya and chose her at random. It is only clear that they needed money. However, they did not explain why they chose such a sophisticated and especially cruel method.
The court took into account the degree of guilt of each of the participants in the kidnapping and gang rape. According to the verdict, the three main participants were sentenced to terms of 8 to 9 years, to be served depending on their age, in special institutions — an educational or correctional colony of general regime. The fourth participant was given a suspended sentence of 3 years, with a probationary period of 4 years.
