NIZHNY NOVGOROD, April 21 Police in Nizhny Novgorod have identified the participants in the incident in one of the schools, where teenagers bullied a student, the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told reporters .
Earlier, a video was published on local Telegram channels of teenagers in a school corridor bullying and beating one of the students. The boy is said to be disabled and schoolchildren regularly mock him. 
< br />According to the regional police headquarters, the teenager’s parents did not report the incident to the police; police officers learned about it while monitoring open sources of information. “An inspection has been initiated. The police have already identified the children involved in the brawl. During the inspection, the causes of the conflict will be determined and the actions of the schoolchildren and their legal representatives will be assessed,” the department’s press service said.
The prosecutor's office of the Nizhny Novgorod region also became interested in the incident at the school, and also organized an inspection.
«The supervisory agency is establishing all the circumstances of the incident. The prosecutor's office will assess the implementation of legislation on the prevention of neglect and delinquency of minors, and if there are grounds, the issue of taking response measures will be considered,» informs the press service of the regional prosecutor's office.
