TYUMEN, April 26 .The maximum forecast level of water rise in the Ishim River in the Tyumen region is 12 meters, but so far it has not come true anywhere, said Governor Alexander Moor.
“We know the level. We have a maximum forecast level of 12 meters. So far the maximum has not come true anywhere. A little less than the maximum. In Ishim, for example, the meter did not reach the maximum, but it is 80 centimeters higher than in 2017,” Alexander Moor told the guests temporary accommodation center in the village of Balagany, Vikulovsky district. 
The Vikulovsky district is located along the Ishim River and will be the next to receive the flood wave after the Abatsky district. According to open sources, the population of the district is almost 15 thousand people, about half live in the regional center. On the website flood72.rf, 17 settlements are listed for planned evacuation from areas of probable flooding, including the village of Vikulovo.
The state of emergency in the Tyumen region was introduced on April 8, the peak of the flood on the Ishim and Tobol rivers was expected on April 23-25. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, as of Friday morning, more than 5.1 thousand people were evacuated in the region, 581 people are in temporary accommodation centers, including 201 children. 180 residential buildings, 523 country houses, 2844 household plots, 19 sections of roads remain flooded.
