MOSCOW, April 30. Blogger Anastasia Ivleeva deleted all publications on the social network Instagram*.
All photos and videos were deleted from both her accounts. In total, about 26 million people still follow the blogger.
Previously On April 25, a correspondent from the courtroom reported that the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow fined blogger Anastasia Ivleeva 50 thousand rubles for discrediting the Russian Armed Forces.
At the court hearing it became known that Ivleeva posted on Instagram * post, the content of which expressed a negative attitude towards the conduct of the SVO, and thereby “discredited”.
Ivleeva did not appear in court; her interests were represented by lawyer Kaloy Akhilgov. He asked the court to terminate proceedings in the case of an administrative offense due to the expiration of the statute of limitations. According to him, the fact of publication was established on January 11, 2024, that is, two years from the date of publication.
Also The defense asked the court to grant the request to summon and interrogate the police officer, who drew up the protocol on the administrative offense. According to the lawyer, there is no verification material in the case. In addition, Akhilgov clarified that the expert who drew up the conclusion does not have the appropriate authority to do so. According to the lawyer, she should have been questioned.
The court rejected the petitions.
There is no information yet whether Ivleeva’s decision to delete publications on the social network is related to the legal proceedings.
