About 150 enterprises joined Novikombank's Development program over two years

Novikombank, the supporting bank of the Rostec state corporation, assessed the results of the Development motivation program for two years. During this time, about 150 industrial enterprises joined it. Almost 3 thousand employees of Rostec organizations took advantage of preferential conditions for loan products and other financial services of the bank.

The Development program was developed and launched jointly by Novikombank and the Rostec state corporation in March 2022. It is aimed at supporting the workforce of the high-tech industry and is one of the bank's main products in the field of socially oriented policy. “Development” is integrated into the enterprise’s material motivation system and provides the employer with an additional, unparalleled tool for increasing the loyalty of employees and distinguished specialists. At the beginning of 2024, Novikombank expanded the terms of the program to include engineering workers and mentors who transfer experience, knowledge and skills in the workplace—the achievement of the country's technological sovereignty largely depends on them.

“Today, when the country is in dire need of personnel, we are faced with the most important task — to create a system that allows us to attract and retain highly qualified employees at enterprises, increases their involvement in work and, as a result, the work efficiency of each member of the workforce. The “Development” program is the optimal solution to this problem,” said Nikolai Volobuev, deputy general director of the Rostec state corporation, member of the bureau of the Union of Mechanical Engineers of Russia.

Over the two years of the existence of the Development program, such significant enterprises and holding companies as JSC UEC and its member UEC-Kuznetsov in Samara, JSC KRET and its member Aeropribor-Voskhod, TsNIIAG (part of » High-precision complexes»), Krasnogorsk plant named after. S. A. Zvereva (part of JSC Shvabe), NPP Signal in St. Petersburg (part of JSC Avtomatika), JSC 712 Aviation Repair Plant in Chelyabinsk (part of PJSC UAC), Ulan-Ude an aviation plant (part of Russian Helicopters JSC) and a number of other large production facilities.

“Implementing the Development program, Novikombank offers Rostec enterprises an effective tool for developing personnel policy. In this way, the bank helps the state corporation cope with the shortage of highly qualified specialists,” emphasized the chairman of the board, curator of the Voronezh regional branch of SoyuzMash of Russia Elena Georgieva.

Development Program » gives participants the opportunity to take out a mortgage, consumer or educational loan at a preferential interest rate, on average 3-5% below the base rate, to receive individual service and other services.

In just two years in As part of the Development program, Novikombank issued preferential mortgage loans totaling RUB 2.4 billion, consumer loans at a reduced rate — RUB 2.2 billion.
